Just put on the 4 inch lift, and you should be able to fit those tires, especially because they will be fairly skinny (most 33's are 12.5" wide, yours will be just over 11). You may have to trim the bumpers a tad bit but it should work. 1996 Grand Cherokee- 4.0, 4.5 lift, 33 inch KM2's, built 8.8 and lots more.
