I suppose that for some unspecified reason some damper is closed that should be opened, due to mechanical/electrical failure. If electrical, it can indeed depend on raining. I hope somebody on the forum can pinpoint the likely culprit, so I can tell Citroen service their job. My Pic is still under 5yr extended warranty and I intend to cash on that.
