It was something to do with Fullscreen. When I changed to Borderless Fulscreen it was unlocked.

However, in AC Origins, I've been stuck at 99% and cannot find out what the Its funny that I’m also installing AC origins with fitgirl repack. First attempt got stuck at 55, second one is going strong at 90 now. It took almost 3 hrs to reach at this point. And I have a medium build laptop.
